Michael Turner, Esq.

Michael Turner devotes his practice of law to representing policyholders in their first party property insurance claims and bad faith litigation.   He has represented residential and commercial clients who sought to be rightfully compensated for their wind, hail, water, fire, fallen tree, weight of ice & snow, and collapse losses to their homes and businesses in the state of Georgia.  He has also helped his clients recover damages for their personal or commercial property, additional living expenses, business interruption, ordinance or law, and more.

 Prior to joining the Huggins Law Firm, Michael worked for another first party property insurance firm in Georgia.  While in law school, Michael worked for a personal injury firm in north Georgia, where he worked with plaintiffs in their auto accident, premises liability, and general personal injury claims.  He also worked with plaintiffs in their employment law claims, such as lost wage claims under the FLSA, union grievances, and employee discrimination claims.

 When he isn’t practicing law, Michael enjoys watching baseball and college football, playing golf, and working on his farm with his wife.
